Victor Ruiz is a Brazilian-born, Lisbon-based techno producer and DJ known for his high-impact sets and emotionally charged sound design. Rooted in heavy metal and MTV influences, he began his musical journey at age nine and learned electronic production in his teens. His career gained momentum around 2009 with a breakout hit, followed by slots at iconic festivals and clubs in Brazil.

He moved to Europe in 2013 and eventually settled in Lisbon, releasing on major labels like Drumcode, Senso Sounds, and Electric Ballroom. His signature edits of The Prodigy’s “Breathe” and Depeche Mode’s “Everything Counts” gained international traction. In 2022, he launched Volta Records, built around music, community, and giving back.
